Zero Backlash

The Rack and Roller Pinion System is so accurate because of the backlash free technology behind it. Zero backlash is possible, because the system is designed in such a way that there are always multiple rolls of the pinion in contact with the teeth of the rack. This is why there is no backlash and no cumulative error over the complete length of the system, enabling the system to get very high efficiency.
